Now lets talk about why it is annoying to have moodswings:

1) - you get unpredicterble!

2) - you always end up saying or doing something you don't want to.

3) - you get furstrated because you dont know why you have mood swings sometimes, is it hormones? Period time? Or are you just pretty damn fuckt up today?..

4) - When you have moodswings have you ever noticed that everyone beside you are annoying, it can be a word so simple as: "Uhmm.. honey(or your name)", that makes you go DOOOMM, on them.

But lets see what we can do about it:

1) - when you have moodswings, you must eat chocolate, though dont over do it.. a little comfort food is allright and maybe put on your fav movie and just leave the rest of the world and its worries out of your sight.

2) - Try to focus on something that makes you feel nor good or bad.

3) - Cry, take a massive weeper !! And girly cry until you can't press anymore sadness out of your body!

4) - Be creative. Sometimes when you have moodswings it is due to the fact that you can't express yourself right somehow and everything inside of you decide to collapse. So if you like drawing then draw a picture, it dosn't have to be perfect. If you like to write, write a little story, maybe about someone who feels the same way as you. If you play an instrument or something else, then use your talent to ease your mind!
